Flight Operations Specialist - Asunción, Paraguay

The Flight Operations Specialist at Consorcio Aviation (CAV) is an entry to mid-level role within our International Flight Operations department based in Asunción, Paraguay. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and managing flight quotations. Coordinate and manage supplier relationships to support operational needs. Lead live operations preparation and maintain real-time communications during flight operations. Support the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process for Part 121 Regular Operations. Prepare and submit monthly operational reports. Assist with marketing initiatives related to flight operations. Manage invoicing and financial documentation as required. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the flight operations team. Qualifications & Skills: Entry to mid-level experience in aviation or flight operations preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders.
