The Food & Beverage Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of several F&B outlets, working closely with the Restaurant Managers to ensure consistently high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.The successful candidate will be a natural leader with an outgoing, engaging personality, capable of inspiring teams, building strong relationships, and creating a positive and high-performance culture.A major focus of the role will be training and development. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying training needs and will have the creativity and leadership skills to design, implement, and lead effective development programs for front-of-house teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple restaurants and F&B outlets.Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers, ensuring strong leadership at outlet level.Establish and maintain exceptional luxury service standards across all outlets.Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive training and development programs for front-of-house employees.Identify individual and team development needs and create structured coaching plans.Conduct regular service training, briefings, workshops, and performance reviews.Mentor managers and build a strong internal leadership pipeline.Inspire teams to consistently deliver warm, personalized, and memorable guest experiences.Drive a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, service recovery, and continuous improvement.Monitor operational performance, staffing, productivity, and service standards.Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.Lead by example and maintain a highly visible presence within the outlets.Ensure that all F&B operations reflect the standards and values expected of a luxury resort. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B leader with a strong background in luxury hotels such as Leading Hotels of the World resorts, or high-end restaurants.
