What You'll DoExecute daily spot and forward FX trades for regional and global marketsManage currency flows and exposure across Latin AmericaPartner with our Revenue Management team to provide FX insights and guidanceNegotiate FX rates with partners and build strong institutional relationshipsPerform market research and currency analysis to support trading strategiesDevelop and implement short- and long-term hedging strategiesProduce daily reports on FX positions, trades, and market trends
What You Bring3+ years of hands-on FX trading experience (spot, forward, hedging strategies, etc.)Bilingual: Fluent in English and SpanishStrong analytical and quantitative skillsHigh adaptability with flexible working hours when neededFamiliarity with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office 365Clear, confident communication with both internal stakeholders and external partnersDetail-oriented, efficient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
