The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) serves as the technical bridge between AI solutions and client operations. This role works directly with clients to deploy, configure, integrate, and optimize AI-powered solutions that support financial reporting, SOX compliance, and audit processes.The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with the Anthropic Claude ecosystem and the Workiva platform, helping organizations automate and improve financial reporting and compliance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure AI solutions within client environments.Integrate Claude with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, and reporting tools.Configure and support Workiva solutions for SEC reporting and SOX compliance.Lead client onboarding, training, and technical support activities.Design AI workflows, automation solutions, and reporting processes.Partner directly with client teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing optimization.
Required ExperienceExperience with Anthropic Claude, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and API integrations.Experience with Workiva supporting SEC reporting, SOX 404, and ICFR processes.Experience with system integrations, automation tools, APIs, and cloud environments.Strong client-facing and consulting skills.Bilingual English and Spanish.

AI-assisted financial reporting and compliance workflows.Automation, RPA, and enterprise AI solutions.Finance, accounting, audit, or compliance environments.ServiceNow, Jira, or similar enterprise platforms.
