About the role
Mpaconsultora is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer FDE to lead customer onboarding, training, product discovery, and application delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day customer relationships, leading onboarding calls and training sessions with professionalism and high-proficiency English.
- Send meeting follow-ups, share project plans, and provide regular status updates.
- Follow up with customers after onboarding sessions and schedule their next onboarding and training sessions.
- Translate customer problems into clear application requirements, implementation plans, and launch criteria.
- Lead product discovery by uncovering the problem behind requests, challenging weak assumptions, prioritizing high-value workflows, and defining what should and should not be built.
Requirements
- At least five fully vibe-coded, productionized applications in a portfolio, available to show.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development; use modern coding agents daily and actively follow relevant frameworks, tools, and open-source projects.
- Strong grounding in system design and software architecture, with the ability to structure and productionize full-stack applications.
- Comfort with modern frontend development, APIs, authentication, data modeling, Git, testing, and cloud deployment.
- Exceptional product judgment: understand unfamiliar business domains, identify high-leverage product opportunities, and turn ambiguity into simple, coherent applications.
- Ability to prioritize, control scope, challenge customer requests constructively, and make strong UX decisions without a complete specification.
- Client-facing experience and professional communication in speech and writing, with high-proficiency English.
