Founding Builder (Technical)

About the role

easypeasy is an AI-first EdTech company with in-house systems. It provides live online English courses in Italy, Spain, and Germany and is opening a small in-person hub in Buenos Aires with one of the founders. easypeasy is hiring one founder-type builder to solve business problems across sales and marketing, operations, and growth.

You will take ownership of problems and determine what needs to be done, using code or other approaches as appropriate. Solutions may include an LLM agent, a workflow that removes manual work, a spreadsheet, or phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Talk to the people involved in a business problem.
• Pull data and form a hypothesis.
• Test solutions cheaply.
• Build what moves the number and own the result.

Requirements

• Early career, roughly 0 to 3 years out of university, with a computer science, engineering, or data background.
• Demonstrated ability to get things done and ship real projects end to end, such as side projects with users, freelance work, hackathon wins, or a business you ran.
• Ability to break down messy business problems, identify what to measure, and propose a concrete solution.
