FP&A Sr Manager

MSH has partnered with a publicly traded, global B2B agriproducts organization that is building a new regional finance team. With operations across more than 30 countries and five continents, the business offers the scale of an established multinational—and the opportunity to help shape a new function from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll lead regional budgeting and forecasting, develop monthly management and Board-level reporting, and partner with country leaders across the Americas and Asia. You’ll help them understand performance, challenge assumptions, and turn financial results into clear actions. As the team takes shape, you’ll have room to improve processes, standardize reporting, and make a visible impact.

We’d love to connect with FP&A leaders who bring: 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a multinational environmentExperience supporting a publicly traded business and working with US GAAPStrong forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive presentation skillsExperience leading teams and partnering with senior business leadersFluent English and SpanishExperience with Microsoft Dynamics and SQL is especially valuable. Relevant backgrounds include manufacturing, CPG, food and beverage, pharma, agribusiness, and other complex international businesses.
