Fpa Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economcis, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Treasury and banking experience preferred.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Ability to analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Strong business acumen with the ability to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Experience developing cost projections, profitability analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
Ability to identify financial risks and recommend process or performance improvements.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functional with Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
