Guest Delight International | GDI is looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Mystery Shopper based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico . This freelance position offers a flexible work environment where you will evaluate retail and service experiences to help improve client customer service strategies and business performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct undercover shopping assignments at specified locations to assess customer service and product quality. Record detailed observations on staff interactions, store presentation, and overall customer experience. Prepare and submit thorough reports summarizing findings and recommendations using provided templates. Analyze feedback from previous assignments to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Communicate effectively with project managers to clarify assignment details and meet deadlines. Attend training sessions to understand evaluation criteria and reporting standards. Stay informed on company policies and customer service strategies relevant to your evaluations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service or retail environments is a plus. Familiarity with digital reporting tools and software. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in mystery shopping or similar roles. This role is not remote eligible and requires presence in Cancún. You will report directly to the project manager and collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality evaluations that drive client success. Compensation: $2,000 MXN per hour.
