🚀 We’re Hiring: Freelance Recruiter | Buenos Aires, ArgentinaJadeer is looking for a Freelance Recruiter based in Buenos Aires to support our growing recruitment projects across Argentina and international markets.🔍 What You’ll Do:Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other channelsConduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fitManage candidates throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelineCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesSupport multiple recruitment projects based on business needs✅ What We’re Looking For:2+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experienceStrong sourcing and headhunting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English is requiredStrong knowledge of the Argentinian talent marketExperience hiring for BPO, Customer Service, Sales, or international roles is a plusHighly organized, proactive, and able to work independently💻 Work Model: Freelance | Remote📍 Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina💰 Compensation: Performance-based / per successful placement🌎 Opportunity: Work on international recruitment projects with a growing recruitment team
