Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations and customer service and a proven ability to coordinate visitor intake while following security procedures.
Responsibilities:Greet visitors conducting business with the company and direct them to appropriate locations while following established security procedures.Carry out written and oral instructions to support daily operations.Perform clerical, typing, and related administrative duties as required.Operate basic office equipment to support reception and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.Customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to security procedures.Experience operating basic office equipment.
Preferred Skills:General business skills in an administrative or clerical environment.Customer service experience in a front desk or reception setting.
