About the role
GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Frontend Lead to build scalable, high-performance web applications and provide technical leadership and team mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
- Focus on frontend architecture, complex UI development, state management, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.

- Skills in code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
