About the role:As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications for mission-critical systems. You will provide technical leadership to frontend teams, define best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical strategy, ownership, and team enablement.
What We're Looking For:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Advanced English level (required).8+ years of professional software development experience.7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.Proven experience leading frontend teams, technical initiatives, and architectural decisions.Strong experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures at enterprise scale.Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks and tooling.Experience defining frontend standards, code quality practices, and development workflows.Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and their integration patterns.Strong expertise with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.Proven experience creating, maintaining, or deeply integrating Software Development Kits (SDKs), particularly within React-based ecosystems.Experience driving engineering best practices, code reviews, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and observability principles.
Nice to Have:Experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries.Experience with platform engineering and developer experience initiatives.Knowledge of modern frontend testing strategies and automation frameworks.Experience leading distributed or international engineering teams.
