Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust full stack applications using Java and modern technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Maintain and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience. Conduct code reviews ensuring code quality and best practices. Research and implement new technologies to enhance product functionality and efficiency. Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high performance and availability. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong proficiency in Java with solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Proven experience with frameworks and technologies relevant to full stack development. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and development best practices. Experience with cloud services and databases preferred. 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
