Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Foster Weise Covey (Launch Foundry) is hiring an AI Product Engineer for a hands-on engineering position in its product development cell. The role involves building backend services and APIs that integrate AI/ML components into scalable production architectures, working with the Data & ML Engineer and Product team to connect intelligent models with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 8, Python, or equivalent frameworks.
• Design and implement REST APIs for consuming ML models and AI services.
• Integrate foundational models, cognitive services, and agentic frameworks into production systems.
• Enforce authentication, authorization, and access-control security standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code versioning, and deployment practices.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for production services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads on feature definition.

Requirements

• Three years of software development experience.
• One or more years integrating AI/ML components in production environments.
• A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; studies in progress are accepted.
• Strong ownership, documentation discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
• Technical requirements: .NET 8, Python, Angular / TypeScript, React Native, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Ollama, AWS, Azure, agent frameworks, REST/WCF, Dapper / EF Core, HTML5 / CSS, and unit testing.
