Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong Frontend focus to join our Product Development team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that impact thousands of users.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop modern, responsive, and accessible web interfaces using Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using .NET Core and C#.Integrate applications with SQL Server databases and Azure services.Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other teams throughout the development lifecycle.Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile development processes.Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.Contribute to software testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of software development experience.At least 3 years of experience with Frontend development, preferably Vue.js; React or Angular also considered.Experience with .NET Core/C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure preferred.Strong English and Spanish communication skills.Senior-level experience preferred.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
