Full Stack Engineer

About the role

APG Technology is hiring a Full Stack Software Developer who has shipped real products using Vercel and Supabase. The team often uses Next.js on the front end and Postgres with Row Level Security on the back end, with continuous deployments from preview environments to production. You will own features end to end, from the interface to the schema and deployment, working directly with product stakeholders and using AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features on Vercel and Supabase, and other platforms as needed, from initial specification through production deployment.
• Design Postgres schemas, write queries and migrations, and set Row Level Security policies.
• Build responsive, accessible Next.js interfaces, server-side logic, and APIs.
• Own authentication flows, storage, and realtime behavior end to end.
• Manage deployments, preview environments, and environment configuration on Vercel, and debug issues in serverless and edge runtimes.
• Use AI coding agents to plan, scaffold, refactor, and test, and critically review their output before it ships.
• Pull work from a shared Kanban board, keep cards moving, and flag blockers early.
• Participate in code review, write tests, and keep technical debt visible and managed.
• Collaborate in written English across time zones through clear tickets, PR descriptions, and async updates.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher); the role includes daily live calls with US-based colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience shipping real products on the Vercel and Supabase platform, not just following a tutorial.
