Full Stack Engineer

About the role

APG Technology is hiring a Full Stack Software Developer who has shipped real products using Vercel and Supabase. The role involves building with Next.js, Postgres, and Row Level Security, with continuous deployment through preview environments to production. Engineers own features end to end, from UI and data schema through deployment, and work directly with product stakeholders. AI coding agents are part of the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features on Vercel and Supabase, and other platforms as needed, from initial specification through production deployment.
• Design Postgres schemas, write queries and migrations, and set Row Level Security policies.
• Build responsive, accessible Next.js interfaces, server-side logic, and APIs.
• Own authentication flows, storage, and realtime behavior end to end.
• Manage Vercel deployments, preview environments, and environment configuration; debug issues in serverless and edge runtimes.
• Use AI coding agents to plan, scaffold, refactor, and test, and critically review their output before it ships.
• Work from a shared Kanban board, keep cards moving, and flag blockers early.
• Participate in code review, write tests, and keep technical debt visible and managed.
• Collaborate in written English across time zones through clear tickets, PR descriptions, and async updates.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher). The role involves daily live calls with US-based colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience shipping real products on Vercel and Supabase, rather than only following a tutorial.
