Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing software development team.In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services that support the school's digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C# and .NET.Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with SQL databases.Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces.Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.Help ensure application security, performance, and reliability.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.Strong experience with C# and .NET.Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.Experience with SQL databases and Git version control.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good command of written and spoken English.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing mobile applications (native or hybrid frameworks such as .NET MAUI, Flutter, or React Native).Experience with software testing or Quality Assurance practices.Familiarity with Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based application development.Experience working in Agile development environments.We value professionals who are:Passionate about building quality software.Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.Able to take ownership and work independently while contributing to a team.If you're excited about building technology that improves education and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic school environment, we'd love to hear from you.
