Full Stack Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer to drive engineering excellence, mentor technical talent, and support the delivery of scalable cloud-native solutions.This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people development and engineering governance, working closely with product teams, architects, and delivery squads to establish standards, improve engineering practices, and build a high-performing engineering community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of modern full stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, and AWS.Define and promote engineering best practices, architecture standards, code quality, security, and CI/CD adoption.Mentor and coach engineers across multiple squads, supporting capability development and technical excellence.Partner with architects, product owners, and platform teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills4+ years of software engineering experience.Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, REST APIs, and AWS.Experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and observability.Proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and influencing technical direction.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Agile environments.
Nice to HaveExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.Experience in large enterprise or global delivery environments.
