This role offers competitive pay between $20 and $25 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime pay. Job Details: Location: Morgantown, WV Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, plus overtime opportunities Company Vehicle: Truck provided for business use with gas paid by Red Brick Properties Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs independently Carpentry work including framing, repairs, and installations Identify and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues Flooring repairs and painting tasks Train and guide junior maintenance staff Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of maintenance or construction experience Strong carpentry skills Basic plumbing and electrical repair knowledge Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED High integrity and professionalism Must have everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.) How to Apply: Please contact us to schedule an interview.
