Full-Time Permanent Farm Hand

Join a progressive family-owned broadacre cropping business near Wee Waa, NSW. We're looking for a motivated Farm Hand with at least one year's broadacre farming experience to become a valued member of our team.

Location
Our farm is located 35km from Wee Waa in north-west New South Wales.

About the Role
Our operation includes dryland and irrigated crops as well as Australian White sheep. You'll be involved in all aspects of our operation, including:
• Operating modern agricultural machinery including Case IH machinery with RTK guidance and a SwarmFarm autonomous sprayer.
• Planting, spraying and harvesting crops.
• Machinery servicing and maintenance.
• General farm repairs and maintenance.
• Other day-to-day farm duties as required.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year's experience working on a broadacre cropping farm.
• Ability to operate farm machinery safely and efficiently.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to maintain equipment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver's licence (HR licence and chemical accreditation are advantageous but not essential).
