This on-site position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a competitive monthly salary of CLP $500,000 plus attractive sales commissions and a formal labor contract. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, maintaining merchandise displays, managing inventory, utilizing Excel for sales tracking, handling cash transactions, collaborating with team members, and adhering to labor regulations. Required qualifications include retail sales experience, Excel proficiency, valid work documentation, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include commission sales experience and knowledge of the local market.
