Key Responsibilities Install garage door systems and components per manufacturer guidelines. Diagnose and repair garage doors, openers, and related hardware. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly. Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee safe operation. Keep detailed records of services and parts used during jobs. Manage time efficiently to complete multiple daily assignments. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in garage door installation and repair or similar mechanical systems. Strong customer service skills with attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge. Effective time management skills. Preferred certification in garage door installation or related fields. Familiarity with industry-standard tools. Report directly to the Service Manager and collaborate with technicians, sales, and customer service teams to ensure client expectations are met. This role is based in Tempe, AZ, and is not remote.
