This position is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The General Accountant will prepare financial statements and reports, assist with budgets, and support cash flow management. Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies, and supporting audits and tax filings. The role involves collaborating with other departments to provide accurate financial information, improving internal controls, and contributing to efficient financial processes.Qualifications Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.Experience with accounting software and proficiency in spreadsheets and other office productivity tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills applied to financial data.Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Clear, professional communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.Integrity, responsibility, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in corporate or industrial environments, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors, is a plus.
