Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal crop health. Operate and maintain farming and harvesting equipment safely and efficiently. Implement pest control measures following safety guidelines. Maintain detailed records of crop management and growth progress. Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work environment. Manage time efficiently to prioritize daily farming tasks and boost productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in planting, harvesting, and general farm work is highly preferred. Proficiency with agricultural equipment operation and maintenance. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and physical fitness for demanding tasks. Ability to work well within a team and promote a positive community spirit. Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, you will receive guidance and support to grow your skills and contribute meaningfully to our farm’s success. This is a full-time, on-site position offering $19 per hour.
