Manage time effectively to prioritize daily farming tasks and maximize productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Experience in general farm work, including planting and harvesting, is highly preferred. Proficiency in operating and maintaining agricultural equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and physical fitness for demanding tasks. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration.
