General Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or any related Engineering course) preferred.
• At least five (5) years or more of proven leadership or management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management, operations management, and business planning.
• Financial and budget management experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Willing to travel to project sites and company branches when necessary.
