General Manager

Oversee daily business operations and departmental performance. Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver results. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion. Manage key client and stakeholder relationships. Requirements include Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience including management, proven experience in business development or operations, strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, real estate experience is an added advantage.
