Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our luxury private club located in the prestigious Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Central Luzon, Philippines. This exclusive club caters to military personnel, dignitaries, and distinguished guests, offering upscale hospitality services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the luxury private club ensuring exceptional service standards. Lead and manage staff to deliver premium guest experiences. Develop and implement strategic plans for property opening and ongoing management. Maintain high standards of facility management and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders and military representatives to uphold club prestige. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in upscale hospitality management. Proven track record in opening and managing premium hospitality properties. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite in Olongapo; remote work is not eligible. Compensation: PHP 13,000 per year.
