Position Overview: As our business grows, we are looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead our Mexico-based sales operation. This role oversees a high-performing, English-speaking team of 10–25 sales agents who work directly with U.S. clients. The team’s focus is to close deals — no lead generation, no qualification, just pure, high-quality sales execution. As GM, you will be responsible for all aspects of site management: team leadership, performance oversight, process execution, culture building, and alignment with Spines’ U.S. revenue goals. We are looking for a hands-on, metrics-obsessed sales leader with a proven track record managing call center or telesales teams. You excel at coaching agents to close, building structure for scale, and creating a culture of accountability and growth. You thrive in high-velocity, English-speaking environments and are passionate about developing talent. What You Will Do Lead and manage a team of 10–25 sales agents focused exclusively on closing deals with U.S. clients. Drive performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets aligned with Spines’ U.S. business goals. Coach and develop sales agents to improve closing rates and sales effectiveness. Implement scalable processes that support growth and operational excellence. Build and maintain a positive, accountable team culture that fosters continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with U.S. leadership to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Qualifications Proven experience managing call center or telesales teams of 10+ agents in an English-speaking environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, metrics, and accountability. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment. Passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. Experience working with U.S. clients and understanding U.S. market expectations is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $90,000 USD This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Remote work is not eligible for this role.
