We are seeking a committed General Physician or Dentist to join our team and make a meaningful impact through accessible, empathetic care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical or dental examinations to accurately diagnose patient health conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and serve underserved populations. Maintain accurate and compliant medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems when available. Required and Preferred Qualifications Professional degree in Medicine or Dentistry from a recognized institution. Active licensure to practice medicine or dentistry in Costa Rica. Strong teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Experience in clinical settings preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. Reporting directly to the Medical Director or Dental Supervisor, you will work closely with nurses, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional care. Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₡2,500,000 CRC. Location: Full-time, on-site position based in San José, Costa Rica. Remote work is not available.
