Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Basic knowledge of safety protocols preferred. Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
