This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe mining processes that drive our company’s success. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily mining operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Work collaboratively with team members to apply best mining practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety standards. Operate and maintain mining equipment under supervision, following strict safety protocols. Participate in team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and suggest improvements. Support skilled workers with various tasks to meet team goals. Report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Grade 12 certificate. Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in mining or construction is advantageous. Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in demanding conditions.
