Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing supplies. Work alongside team members to achieve daily production goals. Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following established protocols. Help in loading and unloading materials as required. Participate in training sessions to enhance teamwork skills. Adhere to safety standards and report any hazards to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education requirements. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to perform physical labor and handle equipment safely. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, although not mandatory.
