Key Responsibilities Assist in daily mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Operate and maintain mining machinery and tools under supervision. Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials. Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Participate in training and development programs as required. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management immediately. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education requirement: Grade 12. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Experience in a labor-intensive environment is a plus. Safety certifications and mining-related qualifications are preferred.
