Dulce Teran is hiring a full-time Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Mexico City, Mexico. Lead service operations, strengthen client relationships, and help ensure reliable, high-quality delivery that supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service delivery operations and ensure services are executed effectively and on time.
- Lead, mentor, and support service delivery professionals to improve team performance.
- Develop and refine processes to meet quality standards and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and address service concerns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- Prepare and present regular service delivery reports and improvement opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client and team relationships.
- Familiarity with service management and delivery frameworks.
- Experience using performance analytics tools and reporting software.
Compensation and Work Details
- Pay: 2400 per month
- Employment: Full-time
- Location: Mexico City, Mexico; this is not a remote-eligible position.
