We have an exciting opportunity to join Moët Hennessy as our new Logistics ManagerWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on logistics professional who is ready to lead and continuously improve a complex regional operation across Central America & the Caribbean, Mercosur, +40 markets.In this high-impact role, you will:Oversee logistics operations across multiple markets in Central America & the Caribbean +40 marketsDrive 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier performanceDefine and monitor KPIs, SLAs and logistics performance.Manage international transportation, foreign trade and export processesIdentify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvementLead a regional team and collaborate closely with markets, distributors and cross-functional teamsWhat are we looking for?8–10 years of experience in logistics/distributionRegional, multi-country experience across LATAM and/or the CaribbeanStrong experience managing 3PL operators and freight forwardersSolid knowledge of international transportation, foreign trade and export documentationStrong analytical, leadership and conflict-resolution skillsSAP and Excel proficiency; Power BI is a plusFluent Spanish and EnglishExperience in Wines & Spirits, Luxury, Retail, FCMG, Free Zone operations or Global Travel Retail will be highly valued.If you are passionate about logistics excellence, enjoy working in a fast-paced regional environment and are ready for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you!
