🚀 Senior Technical Product Manager – Agentic Infrastructure & Data Modeling (Paid in USD)We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager to join the team of a highly innovative Artificial Intelligence startup ("Agentic Infrastructure") focused on deep workflow automation for the global financial and insurance sectors.If you are an engineer by trade who loves getting your hands dirty with data, modeling messy real-world operations into clean and scalable architectures, and simultaneously possess the sophistication to sit with international clients to translate their operational needs, this role is for you.This startup recently announced a significant $4.6M USD funding round and is backed by top-tier venture capital funds in the US and the region. Currently, their platform processes over $800M USD in gross written premiums, operating with 17+ insurers across 7 countries.
🛠️ What is your mission?Your main objective will be to transform complex, chaotic real-world operations into clean, reusable, and declarative data models, ensuring the core product remains generalizable and scalable (stubbornly resisting the shortcut of hardcoding or building per-tenant code).
📋 Key Responsibilities:Own client Go-Lives: Understand new clients' operations deeply, model their data and workflows, and get them running production end-to-end.Keep the product general: Design and configure models declaratively ("config-first") so they generalize across multiple clients and highly regulated industries.Be the domain & technical voice: Translate customers' operational needs into robust data models (SQL, schemas, relationships).Feed friction back to product: Identify when real-world operational friction forces a workaround, and push for general fixes within the core infrastructure.
🎯 Required Profile:Technical Background: Solid background in Engineering or software development.Advanced Data Modeling: Deep, hands-on experience with SQL, schema design, and data relationships; you must have enough technical depth to build and execute, not just write specifications.Complex Domains Experience: A proven track record working in highly regulated, operationally dense industries (InsurTech, FinTech, complex B2B SaaS operations, etc.).Hybrid Profile (Customer-Facing + Technical): Equally comfortable leading a strategic call with an operations team and diving into the database to solve technical issues.Languages: Native or fluent Spanish, and a proven advanced/fluent English level (C1 or C2). This is non-negotiable as you will work closely with international clients and partners.Soft Skills: High agency, a "hands-on" mentality, autonomous decision-making, and strong problem-solving skills in high-demand environments.
