At Allied Global, we are looking for our next Performance Manager—a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills and operational expertise to drive team performance and operational excellence. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and continuously improving key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing action plans, and coaching leaders and teams to achieve operational and client satisfaction goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.Monitor key client KPIs such as QA, Conversion, CSAT, DSAT, NPS, and ATT/AHT.Lead and develop a team of Supervisors through coaching, feedback, and performance management.Partner with support departments to address operational issues and employee needs.Ensure compliance with company and client policies, procedures, and service standards.Identify training and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities. What we're looking forAdvanced English proficiency.3+ years of experience as a BPO Operations Supervisor and/or Performance Manager/Shift Manager.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Data & People Analytics, and Scorecards.Strong commercial and sales-oriented skills.Strong skills in leadership, communication, initiative, problem-solving, customer orientation, and results orientation.
