What You Get to Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalationsProcess benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriersManage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolutionCollaborate with advisory team, clients, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure complianceCollect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where neededLeverage and Train AI to automate processesConduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreementsAssist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for outsourced process

What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing rolesProficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms)Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirementsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality client service to ensure client satisfactionAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailComfortable with excel and handling large data sets, inclusive of utilizing Excel formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.)Experience with AIExperience with data integration and file feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsExperience supporting open enrollment and life event processing in an outsourced environment.Bachelor’s degreeEnglish Proficie
