Global Payroll Manager

🚀 We're Hiring: Global Payroll & Benefits Manager
Are you an experienced payroll and benefits professional with a passion for driving operational excellence across multiple countries? We are looking for a Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll, benefits, and retirement program administration while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional employee experience across our international workforce.In this role, you will:
✅ Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, with hands-on experience in the United States and Costa Rica required.✅ Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness initiatives, and leave programs.✅ Oversee retirement and pension plans, including 401(k) administration, compliance, audits, and employee education.✅ Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and global employment legislation.✅ Partner closely with HR, Finance, payroll providers, brokers, and third-party vendors to maintain efficient and compliant processes.✅ Drive payroll and benefits reporting, audits, KPI generation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.✅ Manage vendor relationships, benefits budgets, and supplier payments across multiple countries.✅ Support employees by providing guidance on payroll, benefits, retirement plans, and related policies.
What we're looking for:✔️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.✔️ 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and benefits administration.✔️ Proven experience managing payroll and benefits in a multi-country environment.✔️ Strong knowledge of U.S. 401(k) plans, ERISA compliance, and retirement programs.✔️ Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms, including Workday and/or ADP.✔️ Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.✔️ Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
