Key Responsibilities Create engaging podcast content using effective storytelling techniques that resonate with diverse audiences. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative episode themes and formats. Conduct interviews with guests and community members to capture authentic, diverse perspectives. Edit and produce high-quality audio recordings ensuring clear sound and professional delivery. Promote podcast episodes across social media and other platforms to maximize reach and listener engagement. Analyze listener feedback and metrics to continuously improve content relevance and impact. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in storytelling, particularly in audio or audiovisual media.
