Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity, translating big ideas into high-impact digital and print assets.
As a Senior Designer, you will own projects from concept to completion, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and copy teams to elevate our brand across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities● Visual Strategy & Execution: Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, web layouts, email marketing, print collateral, and event branding.● Brand Guardianship: Maintain, evolve, and enforce our brand guidelines, ensuring absolute visual consistency across all channels.● Campaign Development: Partner with Copywriters and Marketing Leads to brainstorm and execute multi-channel creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.● Mentorship: Guide and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.● Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables are hit on time in a fast-paced environment.● Production & QA: Prepare pixel-perfect, print-ready files and optimized digital assets, maintaining a meticulous eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
Qualifications & Skills● Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house experience preferred). A stellar portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print work is required.● Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).● Modern Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Figma or Sketch for digital/web design layouts.● Core Design Principles: Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, layout hierarchy, and branding.● Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.● Bonus Points: Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), video editing (Premiere), or basic HTML/CSS is a major plus.
