About the role
Xploy Solutions is looking for a visionary Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Strategist to serve as the visual architect of its brand. The role spans brand strategy and execution across audience touchpoints, with collaboration across marketing, product, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect, refine, and enforce the brand identity, visual guidelines, and design systems to ensure brand consistency globally.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns across digital marketing, web experience, social media, print, packaging, and event branding.
- Partner with copywriters and content strategists to turn complex business concepts into visual stories that drive brand affinity and conversion.
- Build, maintain, and scale the visual design system, UI kit, and asset libraries.
- Critique, coach, and elevate mid- and junior-level designers.
- Deliver precise digital assets and print-ready files, including typography, grid structures, and color management.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading brand identity and graphic design initiatives in an agency or high-growth in-house environment.
- A portfolio showcasing complete brand identities, strategic visual systems, and multi-channel campaigns.
