About the role

Xploy Solutions is seeking a versatile creative designer working at the intersection of high-fidelity 3D art and persuasive marketing. The role involves building the visual and verbal engine for clients’ digital storefronts and owning the creative lifecycle of a product, from 3D product renders to e-commerce listings and social ads.

Responsibilities

• 3D visual production: Create high-end 3D models, textures, and product environments. Replace traditional photography with photorealistic renders.
• E-commerce optimization: Design full listing suites, including A+ Content, EBC, and secondary images. Translate technical specs into benefit-driven infographics.
• Conversion copywriting: Write persuasive English headlines for ads and product-listing bullet points.
• Ad creative: Develop static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display that maintain brand consistency while driving sales.
• Market research: Analyze competitor listings and ads to identify visual gaps and ways for clients to stand out.

Requirements

• Expert-level skills in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya, including lighting, shadows, and physics for realistic product interactions.
• Mastery of Photoshop for heavy compositing and Illustrator for clean, scalable iconography.
• A portfolio demonstrating English copywriting that sells and understanding of the Hook-Value-CTA framework.
• Familiarity with the visual requirements and constraints of platforms such as Amazon or Walmart.
