Graphic Designer IT Support Volunteer

TREVESOM Organization is a non-profit organization committed to improving the well-being of vulnerable communities through health, education, environment, youth empowerment and humanitarian action.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners and infographics.
- Create engaging graphics for social media and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity.
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with website and digital content updates.
- Support online meetings and digital communication platforms.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, creativity and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:
- Previous experience in graphic design or IT support is an advantage.
- A portfolio of previous design work is highly desirable.
- Experience working with NGOs, community organizations or humanitarian initiatives is a plus.
