KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire New Members: Drive new member acquisition and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Onboard & Educate: Guide new members to register, verify, fund and understand how to use the platform.
- Promote FinFam: Promote FinFam across online and offline channels and grow our member base.
- Manage Communities: Build, manage and grow online communities and physical member groups.
- Be an Accountability Partner: Encourage members to stay consistent with their savings goals.
- Collect Feedback & Insights: Gather member feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
- Support Campaigns & Events: Support FinFam campaigns, events and outreach activities.
- Track & Report: Track activities, report performance and share market insights for continuous growth.
