The Talent area supports rapid growth by building capabilities and employee experiences across talent acquisition, performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement.

As a Talent Growth & Experience Sr. Manager, you will lead the regional Talent Growth & Experience agenda, translating business and Talent priorities into a focused roadmap and connecting key Talent capabilities to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the vertical agenda, making clear choices about what the team will build, improve or defer.
• Oversee the design and execution of programs needed for sustainable growth, ensuring they are defined, designed and implemented as agreed with the business.
• Integrate performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement as connected capabilities, with clear ownership and effective handoffs.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability and employee-experience gaps and develop practical responses.
• Lead and develop the team by setting expectations, balancing priorities and workloads, coaching team members and strengthening its ability to design.
