About the role

Wonolo is disrupting the temporary staffing industry. Founded in 2014, its mission is to help people find consistent work. Through a two-sided tech marketplace, Wonolo connects businesses needing front-line workers with underemployed workers in local markets across the United States.

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will work with Wonolo’s Marketing team to build the B2C acquisition and activation machine that brings workers to Wonolo, helps them succeed on their first job, and keeps them coming back. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location where you reside and provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Build automations, AI-powered flows, and campaigns at scale, translating defined priorities into execution.
• Use market data to decide where to focus and what to activate.
• Partner with the Business Operations team for qualitative context on customers and market conditions that data does not capture.
• Use that context to prioritize where to activate, determine an appropriate campaign response, and contribute to revenue attainment across markets.
• Help move supply-side metrics through execution-oriented, detail-driven marketing work.
