• RollOut Custom Time manegement functionality• It is required a Techno Functional profile with:• SAP HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT MODULES: PA, OM, PT, TM• SAP HCM Certified over 5 years of experience• Experience in functional support• Medium experience with Time Evaluation• Experience in HCM processes like the following among others:• Time Management - Positive• Experience on implementations of TM procesess• Experience on support and Good technical skills• integration with Kronos
Soft skillsCan work independently or with minimal supervisionMust be able to work "Proactively" with other teamsCommunication skillsVery good analytical skillsVery good problem solving skillsWorks with the team and ability to help and guide team members for building solutionsAbility to evaluate team workload and help schedule work based on team availability and ensure on time deliverablesGood experience in working with key users and managers for defining solutions for business need
